DEMO v0.13

After tons of testing, I'm finally comfortable enough to release a playable demo of the game. The only notable bug that I have been unable to fix at this time is an occasional visual lag in damage animation when the player takes damage, and pickups not colliding with the player properly when falling from above. These will be fixed down the road. Thanks for playing my demo!
